Resident Individual of the Republic of Armenia

At the time of applying for the loan, the borrower’s age must be between 21 and 65 years old.

This loan product is available to students and employees of state and accredited non-state educational institutions operating in the Republic of Armenia that implement vocational, secondary professional, or higher education programs.

If the borrower does not meet the specified age requirement, the loan may also be provided to a family member, confirmed by an appropriate document (father, mother, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, sister, brother, child, grandchild, or spouse’s parent).

To confirm eligibility, the borrower must submit either a valid student ID card or an official reference from the educational institution.

The loan interest is subsidized by 16 percentage points.

By the Decision No. 1115-L of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated August 14, 2025, the Program for the Promotion of a Healthy Lifestyle and Encouragement of Alternative Modes of Transportation among the Public has been approved. Compliance with the above-mentioned criteria shall be confirmed by a valid student ID card or an official reference issued by the educational institution.
