Shareholders
“AgroVision” Joint-Stock Company is the direct major shareholder (with 100% of shareholding) of “CARD AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
According to Article 6.6 (j) of the By-laws of “CARD AgroCredit” UCO CJSC, the decision on, manner and conditions of, annual dividends payment is made by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

Announcement
Each participant of “CARD AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization, Closed-Joint Stock Company, according to Article 43.4 of the RA Law on Banks and Banking Activities, has the right to receive copies of recent Annual Statements and External Audit Report of the Organization.
Any participant holding 2% and more outstanding voting shares of the Organization shall be entitled to receive information stipulated by Article 43 (4 and 5) of the RA Law on Banks and Banking Activities.
